Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions across search engines.

The candidate should have robust expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword strategy, content SEO, analytics, and SEO performance management , along with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with content, product, technology, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Own the overall SEO roadmap, priorities, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and market research .
- Drive technical SEO initiatives including:
- Website crawling and indexing
- Site architecture and internal linking
- Core Web Vitals and page performance
- Canonicalization, redirects, robots.txt, XML sitemaps
- Structured data/schema markup
- JavaScript and mobile SEO
- Lead on-page SEO optimization across landing pages, category/product pages, blogs, and other digital assets.




- Develop and execute content SEO strategies in collaboration with content and editorial teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and oversee off-page SEO and digital PR/link-building strategies , ensuring quality and relevance.
- Monitor search algorithm updates and proactively recommend changes to SEO strategy.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog , and other SEO platforms to identify opportunities and issues.
- Build regular SEO dashboards and reports covering rankings, organic traffic, conversions, visibility, and ROI.
- Conduct detailed SEO audits and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, content writers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO initiatives.
- Manage SEO projects, timelines, agencies, and/or external vendors where applicable.
- Mentor junior SEO professionals and establish SEO best practices across the organization.
- Stay updated on developments in Google Search, AI search, generative search experiences, and evolving SEO best practices .
