Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for multiple clients and projects.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical and on-page SEO audits, performing keyword research, managing on-page and off-page optimization, and overseeing link-building campaigns. The SEO Manager will monitor performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and collaborate closely with content, design, and paid media teams to align SEO with broader digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices, and mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SEO Audits and on-page optimization to identify and resolve technical and content-related issues.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Keyword Research and search intent analysis to guide content strategy and site architecture.




- Candidates should possess expertise in Link Building and off-page SEO to improve domain authority and organic rankings in a sustainable manner.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools) to track performance and derive insights.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Marketing principles and integrated digital campaigns to align SEO with overall business goals.
- Relevant experience in managing SEO for agencies or multiple clients, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Proficiency with leading SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
