Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based at the Teknika Solutions office in Trivandrum.

The Search Engine Optimization

Specialist will manage and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to client websites. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, executing technical and content-focused SEO audits, and monitoring site performance using analytics tools. The specialist will also plan and implement ethical link-building campaigns, collaborate with developers and content creators to align SEO with design and development practices, and regularly report on key metrics and insights. The role involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to continually refine and enhance SEO strategies.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and map keywords to content and landing pages.




- Experience conducting detailed SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues.
- Proficiency in ethical Link Building practices to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Solid skills in Web Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track, interpret, and report performance data.
- Hands-on experience with On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and basic HTML/CSS for implementing recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Qualification

- 1 to 2 years of proven SEO experience.
- Solid understainding of search engine algorithams and ranking factor.
- Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, IT or related field is preferred.
- Hands on experience witj SEO tool such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog etc.
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skill.
