Role -

1. Play a crucial part in helping drive Quality to help build and ship better products.
2. Drive test engineering methodologies, and Mastercard standards and help build high-quality software.
3. Help make Quality an integral part of the development process.
4. Proactively monitor customer insights and production issues to seek quality feedback and improve processes to enhance the quality of the product/capability.
5. Drive quality automation and self-service culture as a part of software delivery practices.
6. Acts as the first review for project-level reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections.
7. Viewed as the subject matter expert in your particular field of expertise.
8. Closely liaison with key stakeholders and potential 3rd party resources.

All About You and What you need to bring:

1. Bachelor/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (Must)
2. Must have hands-on experience in the skillset listed below.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail. (Must)
4. Good at test strategy analysis systematically and delivery focused. (Must)
5. Experience in Unit, Functional, and Integration testing. (Must)
6.



Practical exposure to building and using test automation frameworks with Java. (Must)
7. Experience with any automation tool, preferred playwright
8. Experience testing across a variety of platforms: Microservices, and Databases (Must)
9. Experienced in different protocols testing (SFTP/sockets/HTTPs/RPC..etc) and familiar with CI/CD pipeline (Must)
10. Working knowledge of code coverage tools to ensure higher code/conditional coverage. (Must)
11. Experience in working in Agile Methodology. (Must)
12. Experience working with other developers to ensure that systems are designed for reliability, performance, and testability. (Must)
13. Knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry or any other AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platform is preferred.
14. Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written, collaboration skills, and organizational skills
15. Application development experience Using Java. (Preferred)
16. Security Testing experience using security test tools.g (Preferred)
17. Hands-on experience in Java scripting, TypeScript (Preferred)
18. Exposure to Software Engineering Principles. (Preferred)
