Who Is an Ideal Fit for Us?

We are seeking a high-ownership backend engineering leader with a proven track record of architecting and scaling high-concurrency, distributed systems. You bring deep expertise in financial tech infrastructure, automated payment routing, ledger reconciliation, and dispute management. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving execution with a solid bias for action, you take end-to-end responsibility for robust core platform capabilities, set rigorous architectural standards, and partner closely with founders to mentor engineers and scale the platform.

What Will You Get to Work On?

- As a member of the core engineering team at Osfin.ai, you will:
- Co-architect Next-Gen Core Infrastructure: Collaborate directly with founders and core leadership to conceptualize, design, and co-create high-throughput backend services from the ground up.
- Scale Global PLG SaaS: Build, optimize, and deploy resilient product-led growth systems engineered for enterprise reliability, high concurrency, and international expansion.
- Shape Engineering Culture & DNA: Establish foundational architectural standards, set technical execution benchmarks, and actively mentor team members to scale Osfin.ai’s engineering organization.





What Do We Expect From You?

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with product, design, and engineering teams to translate complex FinOps requirements into scalable, best-in-class product solutions.
- Core Systems & API Mastery: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java/J2EE frameworks (Hibernate, Spring, MVC), relational database management (MySQL), and high-throughput RESTful services implementation.
- Algorithmic & Scalability Engineering: Design and implement highly efficient algorithms to solve performance bottlenecks, optimize query execution, and support global system scaling.
- High-Growth Startup Execution: Leverage prior experience in fast-paced startup environments to build, launch, and iterate on production-grade web applications with high agility.
- On-Site Collaboration: Work full-time from our office in Bangalore to drive close-knit engineering alignment and leadership.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
