Creospan is hiring for Scrum Master for one of our leading Banking & Financial Services projects based in Pune, India.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience driving Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will act as a Servant Leader, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and continuous improvement practices.
- Act as a Servant Leader, removing impediments and enabling teams to achieve sprint goals.
- Foster team collaboration, psychological safety, ownership, and accountability.
- Track team progress using Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown Charts, Sprint Commitments, and Delivery Metrics.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management and prioritization.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile adoption across the organization.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and help improve team dynamics.
- Ensure transparency and effective communication between business and technology teams.
- Drive release planning, sprint execution,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of IT experience with significant experience as a Scrum Master.
- Robust understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience working with Agile delivery teams in enterprise environments.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, and Confluence.
- Ability to track and report team metrics including Velocity, Burndown, and Sprint Progress.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, impediments, and team dynamics.
- Understanding of software development and cloud transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, A-CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, Scrum.org, ICAgile, SAFe, or equivalent preferred.
- Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or large enterprise experience is highly desirable.
