Primary Responsibilities:

- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams and facilitate sprint ceremonies
- Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Agile values, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and escalate risks as needed
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve backlog readiness, transparency, and delivery outcomes
- Track Agile metrics and use insights to improve team performance and predictability
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work perks and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Practitioner
- Experience coaching technology teams and working with distributed global teams
- Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles
- Proven solid facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or Agile Coaching certification
- Experience with enterprise Agile transformation or coaching multiple teams
- Healthcare, insurance, regulated industry, DevOps, or Continuous Delivery experience
