We're looking for a true storyteller, a creative scriptwriter for our finance-focused YouTube channel who will work with the content side of Invest Mindset. You'll research, write, edit, and finalize scripts, develop content, and work directly with the founder. As the team grows, you will have the chance to lead the content team - becoming the person responsible for keeping the social media uploads consistent and high quality.

This is not a junior role. We want someone who thinks like an owner.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and research finance content relevant to our YouTube channel that is accurate, relevant, and genuinely useful to our audience.
- Write clear, engaging video scripts on investing, markets, personal finance, and business analysis.
- Hire and onboard researchers, writers, and editors to grow the content team.




- Set quality standards and review content before it goes live.
- Lead the team and manage the content calendar to ensure regular, on-schedule publishing of the content on our social media platforms.

Other requirements

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
- Passion or prior knowledge of finance, investing, and business.
- Willing to learn and dive deep into finance and investing.

Mode: 100% work from home.

CTC (Annual): ₹ 2,76,000 - 7,80,000 (fixed + performance based)
