Scientist I - Product development (Formulation R&D;) will be responsible for leading formulation development activities, managing a portfolio of projects, and ensuring successful product development and regulatory submissions for global markets. The role involves strategic planning, technical oversight, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products.

· Lead multiple formulation development projects across various dosage forms (solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules) and/or Injectable dosage forms)

· Define product development strategies aligned with regulatory requirements

· Provide scientific and technical leadership in formulation development and oversee pre-formulation, formulation & process optimization, and scale-up activities

· Review and approve formulation strategies, experimental designs, and development reports





· Troubleshoot critical formulation and process-related issues

· Ensure successful technology transfer to manufacturing sites and support scale-up, exhibit batches, and process validation activities

· Review development reports, protocols, and technical documents for regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with guidelines

· Lead responses to regulatory queries and support audits/inspections

· Allocate resources and manage workload effectively

· Timely completion of development projects

· Positive documentation and communication skills
