We are looking for a Media Facilitator / Coordinator who can take care of the school's day-to-day media and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Take good-quality photos and videos of school activities, classroom activities, events, celebrations, and other significant moments.
- Edit photos and videos and prepare them for social media.
- Create and upload regular content on the school's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Handle the School Apps, including posting updates and coordinating the required information.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to collect photos, videos, event details, and other content.
- Support the team in planning and coordinating school events and programs
- Create posters, announcements, invitations, and other creatives using Canva.
- Keep photos, videos, and other media files properly organized for future use.
- Ensure that school activities are regularly captured and communicated through the appropriate digital platforms.

Requirements





- Good understanding and hands-on experience with social media platforms.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Ability to edit photos and videos for social media.
- Very good knowledge of Canva and creative designing.
- Medium-level knowledge of MS Office / Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative, responsible, and organized.
- Should be comfortable working with teachers, students, and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete work on time.

Preferred

- Candidates from Kanchipuram or nearby areas are preferred.
- Previous experience in a school, media, social media, digital marketing, or content creation role will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can independently handle taking photos/videos, editing, designing, and uploading content will be preferred.
