Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a SAP Techno-Functional Analyst responsible for managing SAP production support, system integrations, development activities, and financial process support for one of the top 5 NBFCs in the country. The role requires good understanding of SAP FI interfaces, and financial data flows to ensure seamless business operations, system stability, and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

The candidate will work closely with business users, finance teams, auditors, and technology partners to ensure high system availability, accurate financial data processing, and productive resolution of operational issues.

Role & responsibilities

- SAP Production Support

1. Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP FI and its perimeter Appn Interfaces.
2. Identify root causes of system errors, interface failures, and data inconsistencies.
3. Implement corrective actions and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
4. Ensure system uptime, stability, and optimal performance.

- SAP Development & Enhancements

1. Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, and custom developments.
2. Perform unit testing, development testing, and support UAT cycles.
3. Implement enhancements to meet business, audit, and regulatory requirements.

- Interface & Integration Management

1. Manage interfaces between SAP and external systems including Data Warehouse (DWH), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Host-to-Host integrations with Banks.
2. Monitor file transfers, API integrations, and batch jobs.
3. Troubleshoot interface failures and ensure and timely data flow.

- Financial Data Processing & Reconciliation

1.



Support End of Day and End of Month processes.
2. Perform reconciliation between SAP and LMS systems.
3. Manage TDS and financial data updates within SAP FI.
4. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and operational data.

- User Access & Security Management

1. Create and maintain SAP user IDs and roles.
2. Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
3. Implement two-factor authentication and access governance practices.

- Audit & Compliance Support

1. Provide system and financial data support for internal and external audits.
2. Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and system issues.
3. Ensure adherence to regulatory, financial, and IT compliance requirements.

- System Monitoring & Performance Management

1. Monitor SAP system performance, background jobs, and database health.
2. Support Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and system resilience testing.
3. Coordinate with infrastructure teams to maintain system availability.

- Reporting & Data Management

1. Support reporting through ALM or reporting tools.
2. Manage data flows for portfolio dashboards and management reports.
3. Ensure data accuracy for business intelligence and MIS reporting.
