Role Description This is a full-time, in office SAP S/4HANA implementation role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves leading and supporting end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to map business processes to SAP functionalities, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.

Daily responsibilities include managing master data setup, performing system analysis, preparing documentation, and providing user training and post-implementation support. The role also includes working closely with cross-functional teams and consultants to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to translate requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making during implementation and support.
- Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and presenting solution options to business users.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO configuration and integration, with solid knowledge of finance and controlling processes in S/4HANA.




- Proficiency in managing Master Data, including design, migration, governance, and data quality practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP implementation, preferably in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in diverse teams and an on-site project environment.

Project Manager - S/4 HANA Implementation Project

Required

- Should have overall 10+ years of experience in project management in SAP pharma domain
- Experience in leading multiple SAP S/4 HANA & Cloud Technology Implementations
- Experience in leading large ERP program/project for Pharma Industry
- Experience in implementing projects in waterfall, agile or hybrid models
- Experience of playing Test Manager & Cutover Manager role for S/4 ERP & Cloud technologies implementation
- Industry / Domain knowledge – It will be added advantage to have domain experience specially in pharmaceutical industry
- Responsible for coordinating with multiple project delivery teams (Functional, Technical, Compliance, 3rd Party etc.) for overall technical integration and project delivery




- Ensures process compliance in line with GxP practices, defined project implementation methodology and domain/industry and IT standards & requirements.
- Prepares the project management deliverables and keeps them up-to date throughout the project delivery; Responsible for overall project level documentation
- Supports scope change management for overall project
- Manages regular release management for project delivery, especially for cloud-based solution
- Handles risk management & mitigation, and highlights in case of potential risks
- Reports, organizes and manages regular project meetings
- Responsible to define testing strategies and lead successful testing execution as per the project requirement
- Responsible for defining cutover plan & leading cutover activities during production deployment
- Leads or supports data migration as per project requirement
- Supports project manager in organizing transition to operations after project hyper-care
- Secures that the project team members are working as a cohesive work group rather than a collection of individuals

Preferred:

- SAP Functional experience in any of SAP modules
- Pharma domain experience
