Experience: 6-10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Location: Remote – India About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) Functional Consultant with 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM functional implementation, configuration, integration, and post-production support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP TM processes, Freight Orders (FO), Freight Bookings (FB), system configuration, BOPF, BRF+, interfaces, and S/4HANA reporting. This role requires someone who can independently work across functional design, system setup,troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities - Drive SAP S/4HANA TM functional activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Configure and support SAP TM processes, with strong hands-on knowledge of Freight Orders (FO) and Freight Bookings (FB).
- Perform SAP TM system setup and configuration based on business requirements.
- Design and support post-production frameworks, including issue resolution, enhancements, and stabilization activities.
- Work extensively with BOPF (Business Object Processing Framework) within SAP TM.
- Design and support interfaces between SAP TM and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Design and configure BRF+ rules and frameworks for Freight Orders (FO) and Freight Bookings (FB).




- Analyze existing ECC reports and support their conversion, redesign, or replacement in an S/4HANA environment.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support functional testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions across SAP TM processes.

Required Skills & Experience - 6-10 years of relevant SAP TM functional experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP TM, preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Strong knowledge of Freight Order (FO) and Freight Booking (FB) processes.
- Experience with SAP TM system configuration and setup.
- Strong understanding of BOPF.
- Hands-on experience with BRF+ design and configuration, particularly for FO/FB.
- Experience in interface design and integration involving SAP TM.
- Experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA report conversion, redesign, or reporting requirements.
- Solid functional analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Good to Have - Knowledge of export and import processes in SAP TM.
- Experience with SAP TM implementation, migration, or S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Exposure to end-to-end logistics and transportation processes.
