SAP S/4HANA & Central Finance (CFIN) Migration Functional Consultant

Job Summary: Experienced SAP S/4HANA & Central Finance Migration Functional Consultant to support ECC to S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP S/4HANA FSCM transformation programs. The role focuses on finance data migration, realtime replication, reconciliation, validation, and cutover activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across global systems.

Key Responsibilities

Migration & Central Finance Activities

Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA Finance migration (ECC S/4HANA)

Support Central Finance (CFIN) implementation and migration, including realtime replication

Map legacy FI/CO data to S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA)

Support SLT based replication for FI documents, CO postings, and master data

Handle migration of: G/L balances and line items, Customer & Vendor open items, Asset Accounting (Recent AA), Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders

Functional & Configuration Responsibilities

Perform FI/CO migration readiness assessment and simplification impact analysis

Configure and support SAP FI/CO / FSCM processes in S/4HANA & CFIN

Analyse and resolve SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) errors





Support document splitting, New GL, and parallel ledger concepts

Data Validation & Reconciliation

Perform pre and postmigration reconciliation (TB, GL, subledger, CO)

Validate replicated data between source systems and Central Finance

Testing, Cutover & GoLive

Prepare and execute migration test scripts

Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Parallel Run

Plan and execute mock migrations and production cutover

Provide Hypercare support and assist with BAU transition

Tools & Reporting

Work with S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (Fiori / LTMC)

Support CFIN reconciliation framework and monitoring tools

Use Fiori apps, Embedded Analytics, and AO for validation and reporting

Collaborate with technical teams on SLT, ETL, and custom migration programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong functional expertise in SAP FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO)

Handson experience in at least one S/4HANA Finance migration and one Central Finance project

Deep understanding of: Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Central Finance architecture and SLT replication

Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problemsolving skills

Experience working in multisystem and global environments

SAP S/4HANA Finance or CFIN Certification (not mandatory)

Excellent oral and written communication skills
