Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled SAP PPQM (Production Planning & Quality Management) Professionals to join our agile team.

Location- Pune , Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad ( Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure SAP PP and QM modules to support manufacturing and quality management processes.
- Analyse business requirements and provide SAP solutions to optimize production planning and quality control.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical expertise.
- Experience in : - Enterprise Structure, Master Data (Materials, BOM, Routing, Prod Version, Confg)- Demand Management and Planning Strategy Group, Confg
- Hands on experience in: MRP Classic Vs Live Process; Shopfloor Control Confg and application; Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Confg Serialization, Batch Management process and confg;

REM - Repetitive Manufacturing Process, Confg ; PPPI - Prod Planning Process Industry, Confg; PP Integration with other Modules.

RICEF / Custom Dev FSD OSD, Testing Cycles (FUT, FIT, UAT, Regression)





- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Knowledge of IDOC Message types commonly used, IDOC monitoring, common errors and Reprocessing, Quality Notification, Quality Certificate Printing.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of PP / QM.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve PP / QM related problems.
- Document to be prepared Business Requirement Document / UAT document / SIT document / End User Manuals / Functional Specification Documents / Configuration Document etc.
