Role Description This full-time, on-site SAP PPQM Consultant – Manufacturing role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The consultant will configure and support SAP PP and QM modules, translate manufacturing and quality business requirements into system designs, and optimize end-to-end processes on the shop floor. Daily responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops, designing and testing solutions, handling master data setup, managing integrations with related SAP modules, and resolving user issues through incident management.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, providing consulting guidance, preparing documentation, and supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and roll-out environments, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Detailed hands-on customization knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP-PI.

Configure, implement, and support SAP PP-PI solutions.

Knowledge of Process Orders, Planned Orders, Material Master,



BOM, Recipe, Resource, and Production Version.

Knowledge of MTS, MTO, production planning strategies, and scheduling parameters.

Knowledge of PP integration with other modules.

Knowledge and experience in interfaces.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PP-PI configuration with business requirements.

Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.

Knowledge of PI (Process Instruction) Sheets.

Knowledge of batch determination processes.

Conduct workshops, system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support during Hypercare.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP-PI, including configuration, integration, and support.

Solid understanding of manufacturing execution, capacity planning, MRP, and supply chain processes.

Proven ability to troubleshoot issues across integrated systems and provide efficient resolutions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in process manufacturing environments.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
