The SAP PM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module to optimize and streamline maintenance operations. This includes collaborating with business users to gather requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP PM processes, and ensuring successful deployment and support of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Core PM Functional Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle SAP PM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
- Configure PM master data: functional locations, equipment master, task lists, maintenance plans, measuring points, catalogs, etc.
- Manage all core maintenance processes such as:

- Maintenance notifications

- Maintenance orders

- Preventive and corrective maintenance

- Calibration and refurbishment processes
- Analyze, design,



and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Support testing activities: unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and user support for PM processes and transactions.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve system issues; ensure system stability and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.

Cross-Functional & Integration Tasks

- Work with MM, PP, and FI/CO modules to ensure seamless integration of maintenance processes.
- Support data migration and interface mapping with other SAP or non-SAP systems.
- Prepare and deliver workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and project documentation.
