- Responsible for team decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level packaged applications with a focus on performance and reliability.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal application performance.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information
