Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP CRM WebUI, ABAP development, CRM Middleware, and SAP IS-Utilities. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and supporting SAP CRM solutions for customer service and utility business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance SAP CRM WebUI applications using BSP components and configuration.
- Provide techno-functional support for SAP CRM in the SAP IS-Utilities setting.
- Develop custom solutions using ABAP, including enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and reports.
- Configure and support SAP CRM Middleware for integration with SAP IS-U, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Implement and support REST API/Web Service integrations with external systems.
- Configure and support SAP CRM Contact Center and CTI integrations.
- Troubleshoot CRM WebUI, middleware queues, BDOCs, and replication issues.
- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Support testing, defect resolution, production deployment,



and technical documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP CRM Technical Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CRM WebUI (BSP Development).
- Good experience in ABAP development within SAP CRM.
- Expertise in SAP CRM Middleware, BDOCs, queues, and data replication.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and SAP Gateway/OData.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM Contact Center and CTI integrations.
- Experience with enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and CRM events.

Functional Skills
- Understanding of SAP CRM business processes and customer service management.
- Experience in SAP IS-Utilities projects.
- Knowledge of customer interactions, service requests, and utility customer lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating SAP CRM with SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA.
- Exposure to SAP Gateway/OData Services.
- Experience with Contact Center/CTI integrations.

Experience Required
- 5+ years of SAP CRM experience.
- 2+ years of experience in SAP IS-Utilities projects.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation or support projects.
