Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional with expertise in SharePoint Administration, Power Automate, .NET Application Support, and Agiloft Platform Configuration. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, supporting, configuring, and integrating enterprise applications while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. �

Key Responsibilities 1. SharePoint Administration Development Create, configure, and manage SharePoint Online sites, site collections, and permissions. Design and implement site structures, libraries, lists, content types, and metadata management. Manage user access, role assignments, and security permissions. Develop and customize solutions using SharePoint Framework SPFx. Perform API integrations with internal and external applications.

Support

SharePoint migration projects using migration tools and best practices. Monitor platform health and perform SharePoint administrative activities. Create technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support. 2.

Power Automate Development Support

Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate workflows. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow failures and performance issues. Enhance and optimize existing automation solutions. Integrate workflows with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications.

Maintain workflow documentation and support governance standards. 3. .NET Application Support Administration Support and maintain .NET-based business applications. Work with SQL Server for database administration, query development, and performance optimization. Develop and maintain SSRS reports.

Support applications hosted on AWS infrastructure. Manage and troubleshoot IIS-hosted applications.

Perform Single

Sign-On SSO configuration and updates.

Manage

Azure application configurations and workplace settings. Coordinate application deployments,



upgrades, and production support activities. 4.

Agiloft Platform Administration Development

Configure, customize, and develop solutions on the Agiloft platform. Design and implement workflows, business rules, and case management solutions. Configure role-based security and access controls. Develop integrations between Agiloft and SaaS platforms using REST APIs and web services. Support enhancement requests and platform optimization initiatives. Create technical documentation and provide end-user support.

Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology. Hands-on experience in SharePoint Administration and Development.

Experience with Power Automate workflow development and support.

Experience supporting .NET applications in enterprise environments. 3-5 years of experience configuring or developing solutions on the Agiloft platform.
