We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO AMS Support Consultant to provide functional support and maintenance for SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes. The candidate will be responsible for incident management, problem resolution, service requests, change requests, and continuous improvement of SAP FICO processes in a production support environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP FI/CO modules.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.
- Handle tickets through tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms.
- Support key SAP FI processes, including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Asset Accounting (AA)

- Bank Accounting

- Taxation

- Accounts Closing
- Support SAP CO processes, including:

- Cost Center Accounting

- Profit Center Accounting

- Internal Orders

- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide permanent solutions for recurring issues.
- Analyze and resolve integration issues between FICO and MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with ABAP/development teams.
- Perform configuration changes and support testing for approved change requests.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles,



and RCA documents.
- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Ensure compliance with AMS processes, SLA/KPI requirements, and change-management procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO functional support.
- Good knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration and business processes.
- Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Tax, and Closing processes.
- Good experience in CO-CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
- Experience in production support/AMS environments.
- Good understanding of integration with SAP MM and SD.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Knowledge of Fiori applications and S/4HANA Finance processes.
- Experience with SAP interfaces, IDocs, APIs, and integration troubleshooting.
- Exposure to SAP Central Finance is an advantage.
- Experience working in a global support model with international stakeholders.
- SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.
