Role Overview

We are looking for a SAP Executive MIS & Power BI to manage SAP operations, ensure data accuracy, prepare management MIS, track manufacturing KPIs and develop Power BI dashboards. The role will coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Stores, Production, Quality, Sales, Dispatch and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily SAP operations, user support, troubleshooting and transaction monitoring.
- Maintain accurate SAP master data including Material, Vendor, Customer, BOM, Production and Inventory data.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS covering Sales, Production, Dispatch, Inventory, Procurement and Material Shortages.
- Track key manufacturing, procurement, inventory and SAP KPIs.




- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Management, Sales, Production, Inventory, Procurement, MRP and Supplier performance.
- Extract and analyze data from SAP MM, PP, SD and FI/CO modules.
- Perform MRP & material requirement analysis to identify shortages, excess stock and purchase requirements.
- Monitor inventory aging, slow/non-moving stock and stock-out risks.
- Automate MIS/reporting using Excel, Power Query, Power BI or other approved tools.
- Identify exceptions, coordinate with relevant teams and ensure timely issue closure.
- Support SAP implementation, testing, enhancements and process-improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

- 25 years of SAP operations/support experience.
- Valuable understanding of SAP business processes.
- Strong Excel, MIS, reporting and data-analysis skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to take ownership of SAP operations.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Manufacturing/engineering industry experience.
- Exposure to SAP MM / PP / SD / FI-CO.
- Power BI, Advanced Excel & Power Query.
- Data modelling and dashboard development.
- Process automation experience.
- Experience working with SAP consultants/implementation partners.
