- Define project roadmaps, governance structures, and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.

- Oversee requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively mitigating potential delivery challenges.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules with business processes and third-party applications.

- Lead status reporting for senior leadership and ensure adherence to compliance and audit standards.

- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one SAP FICO module.

- Proven track record of end-to-end SAP project management including fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, build, testing, deployment, and support.





- In-depth understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation lifecycles (greenfield, brownfield, and migration).

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-handling skills.

- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate preferred).

- Ability to manage multi-location teams and work across global delivery models.

- Knowledge of third-party API integration (Payment Gateways, Social APIs, etc.).

Qualifications

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, CS or related discipline.

- 15+ years of professional experience in SAP projects with at least 5+ years in project management roles.

- Certification in PMP/Prince2 or SAP Activate Project Manager preferred.
