Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and application support projects.

- Manage SAP delivery across multiple functional and technical streams, including SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, Basis, and integration.

- Develop project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, scope, quality, and delivery commitments.

- Establish project governance, including steering committee meetings, status reports, KPIs, and escalation management.

- Build and manage high-performing SAP delivery teams across onsite, offshore, and remote locations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Identify delivery risks, resolve critical issues, and implement corrective action plans.

- Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including system conversions, greenfield implementations, and brownfield migrations.

- Manage vendor relationships, commercial negotiations, contracts, and service-level agreements.

- Drive continuous improvement, delivery optimization, automation, and operational excellence.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and project quality requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in SAP project and delivery management.





- 8+ years of experience in SAP delivery, program, or project management.

- Solid experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.

- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

- Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical modules and their integration.

- Experience managing multiple projects, large teams, and complex delivery environments.

- Excellent client management, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

- Experience in project financial management, resource planning, risk management, and governance.

- Ability to manage distributed teams across different geographical locations and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

- SAP Activate methodology experience.

- SAP S/4HANA certification.

- Experience managing global SAP delivery programs.

- Experience in consulting, system integration, or IT services organizations.
