We are looking for an experienced SAP CAR POSDTA / POSDM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), particularly POSDTA and POSDM, along with hands-on experience in integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of overall SAP experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP CAR POSDTA / POSDM.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CAR POSDTA and POSDM.
- Valuable understanding of POS data processing, validation, aggregation, and monitoring.
- Strong experience in integration of SAP CAR with POS systems and other SAP/non-SAP applications.
- Experience with data replication and data flow between POS systems, SAP CAR and downstream systems.
- Knowledge of SAP SLT / Data Replication and relevant integration technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting POS data processing and integration issues.
- Good understanding of SAP retail processes and POS data management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP Retail / S/4HANA integration.




- Knowledge of SAP HANA and SQL.
- Experience with interfaces, APIs, IDocs and middleware/integration platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and support SAP CAR POSDTA / POSDM solutions.
- Configure and maintain POS data processing and integration flows.
- Manage integration between POS systems, SAP CAR and other enterprise systems.
- Monitor POS data loads, identify failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot data replication, interface and processing issues.
- Work with functional and technical teams to resolve integration issues.
- Support enhancements, testing, deployment and production activities.
- Ensure reliable and accurate flow of POS transaction data across systems.
