We are looking for an experienced SAP CAR Consultant with expertise in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), specifically POSDTA/POSDM. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and maintaining SAP CAR solutions, integrating POS transaction data with SAP Retail and S/4HANA, and providing production support for retail data processing.

The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP CAR integrations, troubleshooting POS interfaces, and working with IDocs, APIs, PI/PO, or CPI.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP CAR POSDTA/POSDM solutions.
- Integrate POS transaction data with SAP CAR, SAP Retail, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Monitor and troubleshoot POS interfaces, transaction failures, and data-related issues.
- Perform POS data validation, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Develop and support integrations using IDocs, APIs, SAP PI/PO, or SAP CPI.
- Participate in testing, deployments, enhancements, and production support activities.




- Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ensure smooth data flow between retail systems and SAP applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Any Graduate (SAP Certification is an added advantage).
- Experience: 3 8 years in SAP CAR POSDTA/POSDM implementation or support.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CAR, SAP Retail, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Robust knowledge of POS transaction processing and data reconciliation.
- Experience with IDocs, APIs, SAP PI/PO, and SAP CPI integrations.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience in retail domain projects is preferred.
