Job Summary

Ampleopp Solutions is looking for an experienced SAP BI / Datasphere / SAP BDC Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics. The candidate will work on modern SAP data and analytics solutions involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Databricks. The role requires strong hands-on experience in data extraction, data integration, data modeling, transformation, analytics, and reporting, with the ability to work across traditional SAP BI/BW and up-to-date SAP Business Data Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities SAP S/4HANA & Data Extraction

- Extract and integrate business data from SAP S/4HANA into SAP Datasphere / SAP BW.
- Work with S/4HANA tables, CDS Views, and relevant business data sources.
- Develop and maintain data extraction and integration processes.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.

SAP BI / BW / BW4HANA

- Develop and maintain SAP BI/BW/BW4HANA data models and data flows.
- Work with ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Transformations, DataSources, and related BW objects.
- Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Troubleshoot data loads, transformations, and reporting issues.




- Support migration or modernization of existing SAP BI/BW solutions to Datasphere where required.

SAP Datasphere

- Design and develop SAP Datasphere Spaces, Views, Data Flows, and Analytical Models.
- Develop scalable data models for reporting and analytics.
- Implement data integration from SAP and non-SAP sources.
- Work with federation, replication, and transformation scenarios.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance.
- Implement data validation and data-quality processes.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

- Develop dashboards, stories, and analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Build SAC solutions using Datasphere/BW data models.
- Develop calculated measures, dimensions, filters, and analytical components.
- Configure Live and Import data connections.
- Work with business users to understand reporting requirements and develop analytical solutions.

SAP Databricks / Data Engineering

- Develop data engineering solutions using SAP Databricks.
- Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Work with SQL, Python, PySpark, and Apache Spark.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment.
- Implement data-quality checks and validation.
- Optimize data-processing jobs and SQL queries.

SAP Business Data Cloud

- Support modern SAP Business Data Cloud solutions involving Datasphere, Databricks, and SAC.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources.




- Support data products and analytical use cases.
- Participate in BDC solution design and implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues across the SAP data landscape.

End-to-End Data Landscape The candidate may work across different data flows depending on the project:

- S/4HANA SAP BW/BW4HANA Datasphere SAC
- S/4HANA Datasphere Databricks Datasphere SAC
- SAP / Non-SAP Sources Databricks / Datasphere SAC

Required Skills

Must Have

- 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP BI / Data & Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data extraction and integration.
- Solid knowledge of data modeling and data integration.
- Good SQL skills.
- Experience with SAP BI/BW/BW4HANA or strong SAP Datasphere experience.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Direct SAP Business Data Cloud experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
