About Us Nutritionist Misha Services is a women's hormonal health coaching brand helping women manage PCOS naturally through our No-Pill PCOS Reversal Method. Every client is supported by a multi-specialist team (dietitian, doctor, yoga coach, mental health coach, and accountability coach), always working alongside their doctor, never instead of them.

About the Role We're looking for empathetic, target-driven Growth Consultants to speak with women who have reached out for help with PCOS. You'll run in-depth video consultations, understand each woman's health goals and challenges, and guide the right-fit clients into our coaching programmes.

What You'll Do

- Conduct 4+ scheduled video consultations daily with warm, inbound leads from our Meta campaigns
- Run structured discovery calls (30–45 minutes) to understand each prospect's concerns, goals, and readiness
- Present our programmes clearly and honestly, handling objections with care
- Follow up with prospects and close enrolments
- Record every call and update the CRM and tracking sheets the same day




- Join daily morning team meetings (camera on) and participate in call reviews and training

What We're Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client consultation (freshers welcome — full training provided)
- A background or genuine interest in nutrition, health, or wellness is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Empathy, strong listening skills, and comfort discussing sensitive health topics
- A commitment to ethical, compliant selling — no false promises or guarantees
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working towards weekly and monthly targets
- A laptop with a working webcam, a quiet workspace, and a stable internet connection
