Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Test Automation Engineer with solid experience in test automation and Salesforce testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, CRT, and other automation tools, along with a good understanding of Salesforce applications, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, CRT, and other relevant testing tools.
- Analyse business and technical requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute automated and manual test cases and identify, document, and track defects.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customisations, workflows, integrations, and data.
- Perform regression testing during Salesforce releases and deployments.
- Troubleshoot test failures and identify application or automation-related issues.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, Business Analysts,



and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, automation standards, and overall testing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in test automation, including hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing methodologies and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, CRT, and other test automation tools.
- Good understanding of Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configurations, including Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, Profiles, Permissions, and Integrations.
- Experience in defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira.

Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as Copado, Gearset, etc.

Knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce data models, and basic Apex.
