About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Salesforce engineering team in Coimbatore .
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce platforms .
The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce development expertise along with experience in MuleSoft, CI/CD, DevOps, integrations and Salesforce release management . Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Technical Leadership
- Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects from design through production.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers.
- Review technical designs and development approaches.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and scalability concerns.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, BAs, PMs, QA and clients.
Salesforce Development Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow
- SOQL/SOSL
- Triggers
- Batch, Queueable and Scheduled Apex

MuleSoft & Integration
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce integrations.

- Experience with authentication, error handling and retry mechanisms.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across Salesforce and middleware.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Studio / API Manager experience is preferred.

- Proven experience with Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps.
