We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Team Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce development and hands-on experience across any Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, etc.). The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive solution design, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and adminsOwn end-to-end Salesforce project delivery from requirement analysis to deploymentDesign scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performancePerform code reviews and maintain quality standardsManage sprint planning, task allocation,



and delivery timelines

- Handle integrations with third-party systems using APIsSupport production issues and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of overall Salesforce experience

- Hands-on experience in any Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CPQ, Revenue, etc)

- Robust expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configurationsExperience in team handling and technical leadership

- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data modeling

- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
