Location: Pune, Maharashtra | Hybrid

Employment: Full-Time

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 20 Days Max

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with solid expertise in Service Cloud & Field Service (FSL) to lead end-to-end solution design, architecture, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud & Field Service
- Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, user stories and solution design
- Architect solutions involving automation, integrations, security, data models & reporting
- Work closely with Business, IT, QA, Support and Operations stakeholders
- Provide SME expertise in Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Knowledge, SLA & Service Console
- Design Field Service solutions covering Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatch, Territories & Mobile Workforce

• Support development, UAT, releases, change requests and post-production activities

Salesforce certifications | Jira | qTest | Gearset | Data Loader | Workbench | CI/CD | Agile | Energy & Utilities / Manufacturing / Customer Service domain experience
