About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and production support. The candidate will work closely with functional and technical teams to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Build Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Develop reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, and security.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform data migration, data loading, and data cleansing activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Write unit tests and ensure required Apex test coverage.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design,



development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work with Salesforce Admins, BAs, architects, and other technical teams.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.

Required Skills
- 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL.
- Experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Flows and declarative configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Git/SFDX/VS Code and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
