We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and will be responsible for enhancing system functionality and improving business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce,
and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
- Design and implement scalable and high-performance applications
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs
- Troubleshoot bugs and optimize existing code for better performance
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Manage data migration and ensure data integrity
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce platform and architecture
- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader and deployment tools
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experienced in Salesforce Administration, including managing Roles and Profiles,
validating and reviewing Validation Rules, and working with Reports, Dashboards,
and Public Groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with CI/CD tools
