We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Knowledge, Data Cloud, and Agentforce Architect to partner directly with program leadership in defining the enterprise vision, architecture, and operating model for Knowledge Management and AI across our Salesforce ecosystem.
This strategic, hands-on role focuses on establishing direction, driving organizational alignment, and building foundational capabilities to support future AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of the enterprise Knowledge Management strategy within Salesforce, including governance, taxonomy, and content standards.
- Design the enterprise knowledge architecture, integrating Salesforce Knowledge with external content repositories.
- Define how Data Cloud and Agentforce will leverage enterprise knowledge to support AI-powered search, agent assistance, customer self-service, and automation.
- Identify high-value AI and Agentforce use cases and develop a practical implementation roadmap.
- Develop the foundational architecture and implement core Knowledge, Data Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities.
Desired Profile:
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise Knowledge Management and AI solutions on Salesforce.
- Demonstrated expertise in unifying Salesforce Knowledge with external repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) via Data Cloud and Agentforce.
- Ability to define enterprise strategy while remaining hands-on to build initial foundations.
- Solid advisory skills to guide decision-making, best practices, and cross-functional alignment.
