System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAPREST APIs, MuleSoft, or platform events.

Process Automation: Design and maintain complex workflows, validation rules, and automation using Flow and Process Builder.

Technical Design Documentation: Create technical design documents, data models, and entity-relationship diagrams.

Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, debugging,
