Job Summary We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with robust CTMS/Clinical Trials domain experience to work with our client's Clinical Technology team. The candidate will develop and maintain a regulated Salesforce platform supporting the complete clinical trial lifecycle, from study setup through site closeout, in a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Salesforce solutions for clinical trial operations.
- Work on Salesforce integration with EDC, CTMS, Medrio, or similar clinical platforms.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations using Apex, HTTP Callouts, Named Credentials, etc.
- Develop reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript.
- Customize and extend Salesforce Managed Packages.
- Configure and customize Experience Cloud / Salesforce Communities portals.
- Manage Salesforce document solutions using ContentDocument, ContentVersion, and ContentDocumentLink.
- Follow Salesforce security, governance, bulkification, and coding best practices.
- Work within regulated environments and support 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Mandatory Skills





- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows
- Clinical Trials / CTMS domain experience Mandatory
- Experience with Salesforce integration with EDC or similar CTMS platforms Mandatory

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- 5+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud / Communities experience

- Salesforce Managed Package experience
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or higher certification Mandatory
- Experience working in Life Sciences / Clinical Research / Regulated Healthcare
- Strong understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and clinical technology platforms

Good to Have

- eTMF / Clinical Document Management
- Clinical Kit Management / Investigational Product
- SFDX / Git / Copado / GitLab CI/CD
- Salesforce DevOps experience
- AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor / Claude

Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
