Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesforce Data 360 Developer role based in Bengaluru. The developer will design and implement data models and integrations within the Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) ecosystem, ensuring accurate, scalable, and secure data flows. Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing ETL processes, configuring data ingestion pipelines, and maintaining data warehouses to support reporting and analytics.

The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and troubleshooting data quality or performance issues.



The developer will also contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement of data engineering and analytics capabilities within Salesforce.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and storage solutions.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Data Modeling to structure data effectively for Salesforce Data 360 and related business use cases.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to integrate, cleanse, and transform data from multiple source systems into Salesforce.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Data Analytics to support dashboards, reporting, and insights for business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Salesforce CRM, and related data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs, connectors) is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms or relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
