Your work profile

We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer with strong experience in building AI-powered solutions on Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the New Agentforce Builder, custom user interfaces, Prompt Templates, Apex, LWC, integrations, and AI-assisted development tools.

- Design, develop, and configure AI agents using the new Agentforce Builder.
- Build and customize Agentforce experiences using Lightning Types and custom UI components.
- Develop reusable and responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support Agentforce use cases and custom conversational experiences.
- Design, configure, and optimize Prompt Templates for generative AI use cases within Salesforce.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, services, and integrations required to support Agentforce solutions.
- Build and consume integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, APIs, middleware, and other integration patterns.
- Implement secure and scalable solutions integrating Agentforce with Salesforce data and business processes.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding and development tools, such as Claude Code, Agentforce, and similar AI coding assistants, to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and code optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts,



and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable Agentforce solutions.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices for security, governor limits, bulkification, performance, maintainability, and deployment.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key skills required:

- Hands-on experience with the new Agentforce Builder.
- Experience developing Lightning Types and custom UI experiences for Agentforce.
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Robust experience with Apex development.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Prompt Builder / Prompt Templates.
- Understanding of Agentforce actions, topics, instructions, variables, grounding, and agent orchestration.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools, particularly Claude Code, Agentforce, or equivalent AI coding assistants.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing, permissions, and integration architecture.

Desired Qualifications:

- 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
- At least 2-3 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

Location and way of working:

- Base location: PAN India
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
