Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform while serving as a key liaison between business users and technical teams. The ideal candidate will manage user support, troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions through ServiceNow, and assist with Salesforce release and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user management, security, profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, flows, and customizations.
- Provide day-to-day support to business users by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving Salesforce-related issues.
- Manage and track incidents, service requests, and enhancements through ServiceNow ticketing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Support Salesforce release management activities, including deployments and post-deployment validation.
- Work with development teams on code promotion, branch management, and merge activities using Bitbucket.
- Assist in maintaining CI/CD processes using Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Jenkins.
- Perform system testing, regression testing, and coordinate UAT activities.
- Monitor system health, data quality, and platform adoption.
- Maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration.
- Experience managing end-user support and incident resolution in an enterprise setting.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticket management.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, automation tools (Flows), reports, and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX), metadata deployment, and release management processes.
- Experience with Bitbucket source control, code merging, branching strategies, and repository maintenance.
- Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Basic understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce development lifecycle.
