Role Description The Sales Trainer (Finance) will deliver structured sales training programs focused on financial products and services to learners at Anudip’s Gurugram center. This full-time, on-site role includes designing training modules, preparing learning materials, and conducting interactive classroom sessions to build sales, communication, and customer service capabilities. The trainer will assess participant performance, provide coaching and feedback,



and track training outcomes against defined metrics.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with program coordinators and placement teams to ensure training content aligns with employer expectations in the finance and micro-finance sectors, and continuously improving training delivery based on learner and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales training and Training & Development skills, with experience designing and delivering structured programs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities for interactive classroom facilitation and learner engagement.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and client-handling skills to train learners on service-oriented sales behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in training or sales will be an advantage.
- Prior experience as a sales trainer or sales professional in financial services, banking, micro-finance, or insurance is highly desirable.
- Ability to work with diverse learner groups, use digital training tools, and maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Strong ethical orientation, commitment to inclusive education, and willingness to work from the Gurugram center on a full-time basis.
