Jewellery sales team leader

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Team Leader to lead our showroom sales team, drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, and support smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and motivate the jewellery sales team to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Monitor daily sales performance and take necessary actions to improve team productivity.

Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements, preferences, and budget.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain solid customer relationships.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Conduct regular team briefings and communicate sales targets, promotions, and company guidelines.

Monitor individual team member performance and provide coaching and feedback.

Ensure proper follow-up with customers, including enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.

Ensure proper display, presentation, and upkeep of jewellery and showroom areas.





Follow company policies and procedures related to jewellery handling, billing, stock, security, and customer service.

Coordinate with the billing, operations, and management teams for smooth showroom functioning.

Maintain high standards of discipline, grooming, attendance, and professional conduct within The team

Required Skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

Strong target orientation and business acumen.

Good knowledge of jewellery products, diamonds, gold, and gemstones is preferred.

Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.

Good numerical and basic computer skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
