Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow business through effective communication, leadership, and strategy development.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value,



and customer lifetime value.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services while maintaining high levels of quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (e-commerce industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets with excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, social media advertising, email marketing etc.
