We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Communicate with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services.
- Build and maintain good client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth client handling.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience in B2B / Service Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Valuable presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate and convert leads.
