About the RoleRTW Logistics is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Support Executive / Sr. Executive. The candidate will support the sales team in managing customer requirements, quotations, overseas coordination, shipment documentation, and trade-lane activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with assigned Sales Representatives to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
- Prepare and provide freight quotations based on customer requirements.
- Understand and establish Air & Ocean freight requirements.
- Coordinate with overseas agents and partners for bookings and shipment documentation.
- Verify shipment documents and ensure all requirements are completed prior to sailing.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for Sales Representatives.
- Handle customer communication and documentation-related activities.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipments, rates, and project status.
- Manage and develop assigned country accounts and trade lanes.
- Identify opportunities to improve and grow existing customer accounts.
- Prepare and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for new accounts.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, trackers, and KPI records.
- Provide sales leads,



market information, and business-development support to the Sales team.
- Follow up on pending quotations, shipments, and customer requirements.
- Ensure all assigned activities are completed within defined timelines.
- Meet and consistently achieve assigned KPIs and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in freight forwarding/logistics is preferred.
- Knowledge of Air & Ocean freight processes.
- Knowledge of US trade lanes will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Operations, customers, and overseas partners.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a US shift from office.
