What we do
Ark Abroad helps international graduates and skilled migrants in Australia move from survival jobs into corporate careers. We've placed 100+ people and built an audience of migrants who trust us. That same audience needs help with visas, PR pathways, and trade courses. We're building a recent line to serve them, and you'll be the first person on it.
What you'll do
- Work ~25 inbound leads a day from Meta, over WhatsApp and phone, in Hinglish and English.
- Own every conversation start to finish: first reply, qualification, objections, payment, booking. No handoffs.
- Convert leads into paid bookings (~$30–40 AUD) for a visa consultation with a migration agent.
- Hit 20 paid bookings a week by the end of your ramp. That's the number that matters.
- Keep Zoho clean: every lead tagged, every outcome logged, every no-show chased.
- Tell the founder, weekly, what's converting and what isn't. You'll shape the script and the offer with real data.
What you won't do
- Give migration advice. You are not a registered migration agent. You explain the process, build trust, and book. The agent advises. Cross this line once and you're gone.
- Wait to be managed. Nobody will check your hours. Nobody will care how busy you looked.
Who this is for
- You've sold on commission before, on the phone or WhatsApp, and you can tell us your numbers from memory.
- You get anxious people to trust you quickly, without overpromising.
- You're fluent in Hinglish; you sound like someone the lead would trust.
- You treat 25 conversations a day as normal, and a slow day as your problem to fix.
- You're building something from zero and you'd rather be given a target than a playbook.
Who this is not for
- You want a fixed salary and a that doesn't move.
- You need a manager to start your day.
- You've never made money on variable pay and aren't sure you want to.
The deal
- ₹40–60k/month base, depending on experience.
- Uncapped variable on paid bookings. Performers here will out-earn people with fancier titles.
- Hours: 8:00am–6:30pm IST (Australian business hours). Non-negotiable; that's when the leads are awake.
- Remote, anywhere in India. Report directly to the founder.
- Tools: Zoho, WhatsApp. If it needs building, you'll help build it.

Three notes
1. The voice-note application is the filter. It tests Hinglish, empathy, brevity, and whether they'll do an uncomfortable thing to get the job. Anyone who sends a CV instead has answered your work-ethic question.
2. Variable design. I'd pay on paid bookings that show , not bookings alone, with a small clawback on refunds. Otherwise the smartest candidate optimises for $30 payments from people who never turn up, and your agent-side product is dead on arrival.
3. The compliance line is doing double duty. It protects you legally and it signals seriousness to the right candidate.
