About the Role

We are looking for a motivated person to handle sales and basic social-media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers and explain products clearly.
- Generate sales through walk-in customers, calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand product features and recommend suitable products to customers.
- Shoot simple product videos and reels using a smartphone.
- Create basic product-focused content for Instagram and other social-media platforms.
- Post products, reels, stories and offers on our social-media accounts.
- Maintain regular activity on our social-media pages.
- Respond to customer enquiries and messages.
- Help promote new products and offers.
- Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in sales and social media.
- Comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera when required.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels and WhatsApp.




- Ability to shoot good-quality product videos using a smartphone.
- Basic editing skills using apps such as CapCut, VN or similar apps will be an advantage.
- Malayalam communication is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
