We are building our field sales team and looking for 5 hardworking & target-oriented Territory Sales Executives to expand Pikavi across Rajasthan.
? Territories:
1️⃣ Sri Ganganagar – Hanumangarh – Bikaner
2️⃣ Jodhpur – Pali – Sirohi
3️⃣ Nagaur – Kuchaman – Didwana – Churu
4️⃣ Ajmer – Beawar – Udaipur
5️⃣ Jaipur – Alwar – Kota
? What will you do?
- Develop retailers, wholesalers & distributors
- Generate orders and repeat business
- Build Pikavi's retail presence in the assigned territory
- Conduct regular market visits
- Take market & competitor feedback
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reporting
- Develop long-term retailer relationships
? Target:
40 Cases per District / Month
Each week, the executive will focus on one assigned district and systematically develop the market.
? Earning Structure:
- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000/month
- Performance-linked Field Expense: Up to ₹4,000/month
- Salary credited every 15 days
- Additional incentive for sales above target
- Higher performance = Higher earning
- Best performers will have opportunities for increment & growth opportunities
⭐ Who should apply?
✔ FMCG / Pharma / Personal Care / Hygiene sales experience preferred
✔ Freshers with strong communication & sales skills can also apply
✔ Two-wheeler & driving licence preferred
✔ Must be comfortable with extensive field work
✔ Target-oriented & self-motivated
