Role Description This is a full-time Sales Specialist role based in Kolkata, structured as a hybrid position with both on-site and work-from-home responsibilities.

The Sales

Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of industrial clients by promoting the company’s conveyor and chain products, conducting product presentations, and following up on inquiries and leads. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating order processing with internal teams.



The role also involves providing pre- and post-sales customer support, maintaining accurate sales records and reports, and contributing feedback to improve sales strategies and product positioning.

The Sales

Specialist will collaborate with management to meet sales targets and may support training sessions for clients or colleagues on product features and applications.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills, including clear spoken and written business communication.
- Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, with a focus on relationship-building and issue resolution.
- Proven Sales experience, preferably in industrial products, mechanical components, or B2B environments.
- Experience in Training or product demonstrations, with the ability to explain technical features simply.
- Exposure to Sales Management, including pipeline management, reporting, and working toward defined targets.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery or mechanical systems; familiarity with conveyor and chain products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM tools for documentation, reporting, and customer tracking.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Kolkata, manage time independently, and travel to client sites when needed.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in industrial sales.
