Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, explain Achivers’ services, and guide them through suitable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, managing inquiries, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in local outreach or events, and contributing to sales targets while upholding high standards of customer care.

Specialist is expected to provide feedback from the field to help refine service offerings and improve client experience.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact clearly, confidently, and respectfully with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve concerns, and support a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, present services effectively, and achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, coach team members, and help organize sales activities when required.
- Relevant experience in individual or family services, social impact organizations, or client-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing client needs.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools or sales tracking systems and standard office software is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and client services.
